Advice on PMDD?

About a week before my period. I feel “off”.. I get irritated easily. Overthink about my life. I want to be alone and sulk. Then night before or day of period I get a migraine.

I make sure to stay consistent with workouts to help these feelings. But I’m wondering if there’s a vitamin or certain foods I should eat during this time that might help?

As far as the migraines. My dr. prescribed me something that’s usually for anxiety. But I got night sweats really bad. So we’re trying out different migraine medicines to maintain it that way. submitted by /u/Brilliant_Royal6067
