EXTREMELY irritated vulva skin for 2 days after sex

I had sex two days ago with this guy i’ve been hooking up with over the summer. When I got home, I noticed my vulva was a little puffy and sore. I woke up the next day and it was extremely itchy and irritated, my skin was pink and had large but flatish bumps. I spent the day very uncomfortable, and when I got home at night, I noticed small white dots the areas the bumps were. I freaked out and washed the area with a warm washcloth. When I woke up this morning the white dots were gone, but I was still extremely EXTREMELY itchy and uncomfortable and sore throughout today. I just checked and there is now a small cluster of white dots again so I did the washcloth thing. I’m really worried and uncomfortable. I’ve looked up STDs and stuff but what I’m seeing down there doesn’t match up to any pictures online and I feel like the symptoms developed super quick, within like 12 hours.

I am thinking maybe this is because I had just shaved 2-3 hours before having sex, and my skin gets pretty sensitive? I wasn’t very wet at all (he didn’t do any foreplay this time 😐) and it was pretty vigorous and lasted a good 40 min the first time and 15 the second. I also don’t think he shaved so his pubes were probably coarse and abrasive? Maybe it’s friction burn combined with ingrown hairs? I REALLY hope it’s not a STD. he used a condom at first but we took it off eventually.

It might also be important to note that the affected area is just the skin around the vagina, not the actual vagina inside or the inner lips. It’s the worst on the skin area right around my vagina, but extends a bit down into my butt area, like the skin around my butthole.

Right now the affected are looks less red but still has large bumps an it is SO itchy and sore. This has never happened before and i’m scared and I can’t find anything on Google. If it matters i’m 18 and no history ofSTDS. PLEASE HELP if you have any advice! thank you. submitted by /u/photchu
