Hormonal Imbalances

Hi!

So I’m seeking some info about how guys have dealt with hormonal imbalances, and any advice or knowledge you can give would be much appreciated.

I am in my late 20’s, and took a Hertility test as I have been struggling with acne for years. I have low oestrodiol (about half of what the pmol/L should be at the lowest healthy range - as a side note I have no idea what the pmol/L actually stands for lol), and I have low testosterone (same here, about half the lowest healthy amount should be). My understanding is bc of the low oestrodoil it causes imbalances in testosterone production?

I am active, I weightlift and powerlift, though I wouldn’t say I over exercise. Don’t smoke. I am a vegetarian, but I am quite good at getting my protein in but might need more healthy fats. I also drink too much coffee, and probably (definitely) don’t sleep enough. I was on hormonal birth control for about 10 years and have been off it for around 2 years now. I am also anaemic. I weigh between 95-100kg but I am also 6ft and quite muscular.

Other than acne and fatigue, I don’t really have any other symptoms for low estrogen or testosterone, I don’t get night sweats, I have a pretty high libido if anything, no muscle weakness (oddly enough, despite my low testosterone, I am very strong), no hair loss.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing and how they balanced everything out? Is it caused by my anaemia? Will diet changes impact it? Did you guys see and major differences when you did balance everything out? What’s your best tips for increasing estrogen and testosterone?

As a side note: I am UK based if it matters.
