Hello! I had a scare this last year with lumps under my armpits and just want to share that it turned out to be my deodorant (all natural) that was causing the issue.
My doctors were quick to send me for mammogram which came back normal. Then lots of blood tests. All normal. Then, a biopsy which thankfully came back normal. The doctors never suspected it was topical since I had no topical markings. The symptoms presented as enlarged lymph nodes. After all the tests, I finally decided to swap out my deodorant which had a high amount of essential oils in it, and try a natural unscented deodorant. Within a week, I was free of lumps. It’s now been 3+ months and still no lumps.
I wanted to share this in case it can help anyone else. Lumps under the armpits are not something to ignore. I’m glad I got checked out, but also wish that I tried changing out the deodorant earlier as it would have saved me quite a bit of stress and worry.
