Help!!

So this is on a throwaway because i feel kinda embarrassed about it even tho i know i shouldn’t. but for like a really long time maybe like 8/9/10 months i’ve been on and off dealing with something going on down there. Like for weeks at a time it’ll be super itchy, like literal cuts where it seems like there’s legit seams, sometimes funky discharge but not always, and like kind of a funky smell but also not always. and i THINK that sounds like textbook yeast infection but whenever i go to like take care of it via antibiotics or something, it goes away. I don’t know what the cuts are all about but that’s how it started, it’s really hard to describe but (sorry to be graphic) it literally just looks like someone cut around both lips on the part where my leg is and then on the inner area. Like i literally don’t even know how this happens. I’ve changed my soap to like normal unscented, my underwear is cotton and isn’t super tight or anything like it fits just right, i shower everyday and have proper hygiene, i’ve tried apple cider vinegar and that does help a little bit, im just like so tired of it and its so embarrassing too. I’m 20 by the way. I’m nervous that maybe it’s like an std or something from my ex boyfriend because i know he used to have chlamydia before we met lol(he was a terrible person with bad hygiene and probably cheated on me so honestly he could’ve had anything)but i don’t think it is because i’ve had sex with other people since then and like obviously nothing has spread lol. If anyone knows what this could possibly be or has any advice that would be super awesome because it’s literally sooo annoying!!!! submitted by /u/HoneydewOk4237
