Uti??

So my whole life i’ve had chronic utis , and would always test positive, later i started having worse uti pains and started testing negative (constant, constant burning and throbbing, only relief when i do pee, bladder spasms after i do and back to burning) sometimes i will get these symptoms, take some azo, drink water, and they just go away??? is that normal???? im at a loss. my doctor tried to tell me it was because i was constipated but i have a pretty good idea that im not lol. pls help!!! submitted by /u/RelationshipHot5697
