This is going to seem weird, but I've been noticing this for a few months now and I just needed to know if anyone else has experienced it before (and if it's normal or not). When I try googling my symptoms, I can't really word it well enough to get a good answer
Basically, I've noticed that if I have a hot shower for more than five minutes, my fingers, hands and forearms start tingling and feel like they're slightly spasming. I really only notice it if I try gripping something (e.g. turning shower knobs to adjust the temperature or water pressure). It doesn't hurt necessarily, but the pins and needles sensation does feel very strange and freaks me out when I'm not expecting it. I've tried turning down the temperature during the shower to see if the feeling goes away, but it hasn't so far. I haven't tried to see if it happens when I start off the shower cold either (that might be my next experiment)
If you know what this may be, or how to find out elsewhere, I'd be so appreciative
