Why do i keep getting reoccurring utis

i’ve been getting the same utis now for years since i was 13 i’m now 20, and the smallest of things can cause them I could have sex i get one, masturbate i get on but even if i laugh too hard i end up getting one. About every week of my life i’ve got another uti and nothing really helps it, my doctors aren’t listening to me anymore because they feel i’m lying to them but i can’t cope anymore It’s running my life. Does anyone have any suggestions on what might help??? Oddly enough when i was on the nexplanon implant i never had a uti, it really helped them, since i’ve had it out i’ve been getting them worse. Could this be a hormonal issue?? Any suggestions really would be really appreciated, thank you!
