Brown clots, no period. Should I be worried?

Hi everyone.

I have had my period last month. My next period should come in 9 days. My periods are not perfectly regular but they mostly come around the predicted time except for when I’m super anxious. It came on time last month (was a horrible one though, I was throwing up all day for the first day, and was in so much pain— not unusual for me though).

Today, I’ve been passing brown clots out of nowhere, and I’m worried. My underwear is pretty clean (no discharge) but when I go to the bathroom I see brown clots. I passed one that was pretty big. This never happened before. Should I be worried? What could it be?
