Condom accident

I had sex and the tip of the condom got stuck but the ring of the condom was out when he pulled it out.. what are my risk?im mostly worried about stds, the condom was intact and semen only drip to my legs. He said the condom was on the whole time it just happen to stay stuck from the tip but his penis didn’t touch my insides but I want a second opinion
