Still spotting 2 days after a lot of sex (29/F) - could it be my copper IUD?

5 times on Saturday and 5 times on Sunday. Basically swollen by the end of it. Noticed blood. My period ended a week ago. Still spotting 2 days later. Not a lot but enough to notice. Do you think it could be a problem with my copper IUD? I have had it for 4 years. 29, Female, no children
