Ever since I started on depo and even before sometimes, I have been having this intense burning pain both interal and external, nearly every time me and my boyfriend try to have sex. I have also had my period for 3-4 months straight since starting depo, I don't know if that has anything to do with the pain during penetration? I use lube and that sometimes makes the burning worse afterwards, it isnt really a dryness issue. I have been to a Dr she took a look and just told me it was a yeast infection and prescribed me some cream. That didn't work and it is starting to affect my emotional health because every time we try to have sex, i am in such intense pain we have to stop and I leave him blue balled. I feel so guilty even though I know it's not my fault but I can't figure out what is wrong and why I am in so much pain nearly every time
