What’s wrong with me? (F18)

I’ve been having problems with my bowels and abdominal pain for years (since 11yo) and sometimes get pelvic pain after sexual intercourse and I went to the hospital on Christmas Eve and found I had colitis and a ruptured ovarian cyst, they claimed it was small and I had a low pain tolerance. Any insight I’m worried and waiting to get an appointment with my obgyn and a gastroenterologist. I also have bv apparently.🤦🏽‍♀️
