I’m (F 23) on a weight loss journey and when I go to the gym I usually sweat a lot, mostly in my scalp and my hair gets very wet from sweat. Are you guys washing your hair every time you work out when you sweat? I heard it’s unhealthy to be washing your hair wet everyday and doesn’t allow your scalp to ever fully dry. I already feel like i’m losing hair and if washing it everyday (how often i’m going to the gym) i’ll feel like it’ll cause more hair loss? i don’t know :( please help
