Help.

hello. I have been bleeding for 7 days straight on and off mid-cyle. The discharge has strings of bloods and is red in color. I am concerned as it also happened last year around the same time but it stopped. Now again after an year, this issue has popped up. Could it be possible because of the use of adult toys/fingering? As my spotting started a few hours after it as well. Could it be hormonal imbalance, hymen breaking or polyps?
