Not sure if this is the right sub but wanted advice/thoughts? I am a 28 F and have had a past of SA in my earlier 20s and as a teen. I used to have really bad panic attacks during anything intimate, that does not happen anymore. I’ve been to therapy MULTIPLE times, however, I cannot climax. Ever. With any partner no matter what. I also cannot climax when I’m alone. It feels like I just don’t let myself get there..? Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do? Advice?
