Please Help. Weird Symptoms.

Ive been having weird symptoms with my perineum/vagina area. For a few months now, there has been flares of itchy rashes that turn to be very painful. They don’t happen all the time, but when they do they last a while. I’ve also been having a lot of discharge. Not too different from the looks but the amount of it has changed. I recently turned 18 and I know I’m able to schedule my own doctor appointments but I don’t know how or where. There is a planned parenthood near me, but I don’t have the money nor do I know how to give them my insurance. I can also go to my family doctor, but I also don’t know how to give them my insurance/don’t know if they take walk ins and don’t know what to do about that. Please help.
