Scared to touch inside

This is so weird talking about this but I seriously don’t know what to do. I’ve worn tampons before but only during the summer for short periods of time. Other than that nothing has gone up her. I’ve only rubbed and stuff. I have a thing for weird feelings and I think the inside of me would totally gross me out and ruin it. Especially if it’s like wet.. ew. It took me sooo long for a tampon too because anything going up there creeps me out. I’m still young right now but I worry that I will get older and still have this problem. And even my fingernails! The idea of a little dirt being underneath them and getting in there is sooo nasty.
