35F, 240lbs
Activity: 5-7000 steps a day Spin once a week Weight training twice a week
Diet: Average 1850 cals a day High protein moderate fat and carbs Low sugar
Supplements: Magnesium Vitamin b Vitamin d Inositol
I have been doing this for a month and have not lost a single pound and my measurements haven’t changed at all. Can someone give me some insight on what I’m doing wrong
