period weird schedule?

hello! i am a young female and have a question about my irregular periods from this recent month... my first period (normal predicted schedule) was from Feburary 11-15th with my normal flow amount. then i got a uti from the 18th-26th, (got antibiotics and i'm fine now) HOWEVER, i got another (unpredicted) period from the 23rd-27th..? with unusually heavy flow. now, i have another period March 8th and so on. this March period is technically normally scheduled, but i am unsure after the unpredicted period. is this normal? should i be concerned for any risks? thank you!
