How to wash underwear ??

Hello I am around 20 years and am embarassed to even ask this question here. But no one has taught me n thats why I am here with a throaway account

The issue I am facing is .... I notice our underwears (my sisters n I) have like discharge stains even after going through the washing machine ? And also I notice some underwears have some hairs on them even after a wash This just makes me feel disgusting n icky .... also makes me realise we r definitely washing undergarments the wrong way Plsss give advice n help

Normal.way of washing - put undergarments in a mesh bag n throw it into the machine

Im sorry if this isnt the right sub. But I thought who else would know better than to ask women in these bodies 😭
