Can a dr deny birth control if i dont get a pap smear?

I need my bc refilled. In 21 now so they will probably ask for a pap smear when i go tomorrow. Respectfully, i am never doing a pap smear. Ever. Can they legally deny me birth control on these grounds? I literally just need a refill.

The gyno lowkey judged me last time for saying i had a sexual partner in the past that i never dated (like?? You're a gynecologist, you shouldn't be so shocked???) So i dont trust her. I just want my meds refilled.

Itd be very uncomfortable also sex is already quite painful for me (i just deal) so itd probably hurt to get a pap smear for me. I can handle pain tho just not the discomfort. It feels too violating idc. But also i am kinda afraid of pain.
