Today I had the WORST period cramps ever, it's always on the first day of my period. I had a sudden heat wave, my vision got blurry & got a ringing noise in my ear, my body got so weak I couldn't even stand on my feet I thought I was gonna pass out, I had severe cramps and lower back pain. Had to leave work early and felt so bad. Is it normal? I don't know how normal cramps are supposed to feel since it's always so painful for me. I hate to think I might be exaggerating on the pain, but it's awful. I am anemic if that's related, but I barely bleed on the first day.
