I dont know what else to do

I (21F) have been struggling with a persistent yeast infection for almost a year now. No matter what I change, getting all new fully cotton underwear, pills, insertables, the condoms and lube I use. Nothing helps. It’ll clear up for a couple weeks and I’ll think i’m in the clear but low and behold it comes back again. I’m not even sure its a yeast infection at this point. I just have this crazy white grainy discharge that only seems to be an issue during sex. Never happens during the day, never lining my underwear, ONLY when im having sex. I’m not sure what else to do, reaching out here seems to be my last hope. I have been avoiding doctors because I am not insured. But if doctors are the only thing I can do its what I must do.
