I am 34F, and i have endometriosis. Left ovary and tube gone. I had a painful ovulation 2 months ago, and have been getting very easily constipated since then, so I went to my doctor and got an ultrasound and I have a 4cm cyst on my remaining ovary. The tech told me it wasn't full, and it looks like it was resolving.
It's been over a month since that scan, and I have ovulated twice since then. The first one was absolutely fine, and the one I am currently in, I have had some moderate discomfort. I've been feeling cramps, digestive issues, very very bloated. This evening, I went to the restroom and i had bloody discharge on the toilet paper. I have never bled when I wasn't on my period, so this startled me a bit. Could this be my cyst bleeding or is it normal to bleed during ovulation? I have never bled during ovulation but google says its common.
