Intense pain after fingering

My partner just got done fingering me and now I am having intense pain in my pelvic area, right above my privates. It feels dull and almost burning. I’ve been fingered before and have never had this happen to me. I don’t know if this correlates at all but I’m 21 and just recently was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

What should I do?/ what’s going on?
