Ovarian mass in postmenopause

I have a 2x5 solid cyst, left ovary. It has grown .2 in 6-7 months but now is showing " some vascularity" ( radiologist. Wording!!) thinking more about cancer than before that US result. Anyone else have mass/cyst with vascularity and gave it not be cancer??
