bump on clitoris

Hi guys i don’t know if this is tmi but im really worried right now. I have a bump that just formed directly on my clitoris last night or this morning. Last night i had used one of my sister’s lace underwear, stupid I know, but it had been sitting in her drawers for a while because she moved out a while ago. The bump kinda looks like a pimple and it hurts a little bit to touch it. Is this herpes or something else? Should i be concerned? It’s not really itchy or anything.
