constant fatigue and tiredness

i'm 18F and not sexually active. i believe i have a great diet as j am very focused on my protein and fibre intake and my micronutrients. i'm eating lots of fruits and veggies and i tend to stray away from breads and processed carbs simply because fruits fill me up so much. but the carbs i do have occasionally are baked goods or noodles/rice.

my sleep schedule is also fine. i am always ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL getting 8-10 hours of sleep. i am not disturbed while sleeping except for around 5am because of the birds and my family members leaving for work but i fall right back asleep.

my cycle finally became regular this year.

but i am not tired when menstruating.

its like my ovulation phase and menstruation phase swapped hormones. im tired and fatigued all the time in the middle of the month (my period comes at the end) and i can never do anything. jts affecting my work, its affecting my uni work, my gym life and i am getting so sick and tired of being, well, tired!

i am autistic and some have suggested POTS but i dont know how i'm supposed to get a diagnosis. i am australian btw if that helps understand where i am in terms of seeking medical help.

i did see a doctor for this, my iron levels are the best she's ever seen and my blood results were fine. but i got that a year ago, should i try again?

i just want to be energised. j have a coffee a day in the morning and sometimes a sneaky one in the afternoon when i want to feel cozy and read a book or when i'm feeling tired. but now i've started on energy drinks and they don't even work!!

its not just my energy, its my muscles too. i can barely get through a workout sesh now. im from 5 pulls ups down to 2! and only ever in the middle of the month (i assume). when my period is over, i feel stronger and more energised than ever. once it hits the 10th or the 12th, i'm done for and i'm always in bed, sleeping, wanting to cry, wanting to die, i am so unmotivated and lazy and sad.

I HATE THIS PLEASE HELP
