My OBGYN won’t give me answers

Hi all, I am a woman in my early 20s who honestly has been struggling with my vaginal health, and my OBGYN hasn’t been much help. This might get too TMI but I am looking for help and answers. Unfortunately I have a very sensitive PH. I first discovered this when I was 18, as I started notice a white discharge, and with simple googling it seemed to be yeast infection. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor, she looked at it and stated it was a yeast infection in the area around/near my clitoral hood. She prescribed me a pill and I thought that was that. But unfortunately it was only the beginning, it seemed to have come back again and I had another consultation with her, she prescribed me a stronger topical medication for the second time. I asked her how it came back and she simply explained to me that some people are more sensitive. So the white discharge would come and go, and every time I just assumed it was another yeast infection, as it was always in the same area. To “treat” it I would get monistat 3 or 7, but it always felt like I was doing too much as I never had any discomfort or itching in my actual vagina. One day I became so frustrated with it reoccurring after using monistat, that I called my OBGYN to ask why. They took me in to check it out and I had a visit with another doctor. She simply told me what I was experiencing wasn’t a yeast infection(never actually told me what it was) but to simply switch to only cotton underwear, and to sleep without any at night. It seemed like such a simple solution to what I thought was a yeast infection the entire time. I felt so confused, one doc told me it was a YI then another said it wasn’t? So I followed every bit of advice, but nothing has seemed to change and I still have so many struggles. It seems as if my body creates so much discharge, my underwear is almost never dry(I think this might be the root of the issue), I want to wear panty liners but I know many docs frown upon them but there are some days where I don’t want to deal with the feeling of my underwear being damp. On top of the wet discharge is the white-ish thicker discharge that just makes me feel gross, some research I did suggests it could be smegma? But I don’t know. Sometimes when I wipe it’s uncomfortable, and there is a slight unpleasant odor.

I have tried so many things and have yet to have any success. I only wear cotton underwear, I try to change it as often as I can but with the amount of wet discharge I produce it’s hard to catch up. I sleep without any no underwear at night. I have tried three different probiotics but none seem to do the trick. Should I change my soaps, my diet, my meds? I need help and no OBGYN tells me how to fix it.
