Preparation for cervical biopsy?

Hey all,

Got the sad news that I have abnormal cervical cells that will require a biopsy. Honestly more scared about the pain of the biopsy than I am of the results.

Any tips from anyone that has gone through it? For reference, I am 28yo and have never had children. Worst pain I’ve experienced thus far is a tonsillectomy at 24 yo.
