Another yeast infection?

So around 2 months ago I had a confirmed yeast infection and I treated it. Now I’m having almost the exact same symptoms again! I was just wondering if anyone else gets them like this and if I should go to the doctor again or is it fine to just do one of those yeast infection treatments since I know what it is?
