I've been on Norethisdrone non stop since 2022...I only just found out it's not normal. Is my body going to be okay?

Yeah I only just saw a female doctor who was ACTUALLY concerned I was on it since 2022 with a few times missing it due to running out. Everyday....I didn't know it wasn't meant to be prescribed like that...
