Have you ever had stomach pain that radiates to your genitals?

I've noticed sometimes when I have stomach pain due to constipation or because I eat something that'll upset my stomach, sometimes the pain will radiate into my genital area. Is that normal for y'all? It seems correlated to the stomach pain (I am also a bit constipated as well, so perhaps that's putting pressure on my insides and making it hurt?) It feels the same kinda pain as the stomach pain

Has anyone had this, or is it just correlation with my yeast infection/irritation?
