Hello! I am desperately looking for advice on any supplements or hair care routines that you swear by. I have naturally thicker hair, but over the last couple of months, it has become very thin. Every time I wash it, 5-10 strands fall out while I am in the shower. (I space wash days 2-3 days apart) This doesn’t account for all of the hair I lose to my hair brush from daily brushing, either. It seems to fill up quickly. I color my hair often, but have not done so since before the issue started. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated, TIA 🥹 (Not looking for a diagnosis from the internet. Dr Google and me are buddies because I currently don’t have health insurance)
