Persistent Pain after UTI

For some context, I had my first UTI back in august and after a hospital failed to diagnose me when I had severe back pain as well (no bloodwork was done), I developed sepsis very quickly and was admitted to a hospital for days with a horrible kidney infection.

Ever since I got out the hospital and the UTI resolved, i’ve been having pelvic pressure on and off and some burning after I pee. I know the urgent care I go to hates to see me every other week for a culture test but i’m traumatized from sepsis.

I’ve went to my gyno, had an internal exam, CT scans, and endless culture tests but everything comes back negative. Went to see a urologist and he acknowledged getting sepsis so quick at my age from a UTI (25F) is not common but proceeded to tell me to drink more water…. I take dmannose and cranberry pills every day but nothing is helping.

Sorry for the long rant but if anyone has suggestions of what I can do, who to see, any tests, or possible reasons this is happening, PLEASE LET KNOW, it’s debilitating!!
