I’m 21F, 5’4 and have always carried some extra weight around my mid section. I workout 5 days a week doing hot yoga and physical therapy (because I’m rehabbing an injury). I eat pretty healthy, but do have the occasional cravings especially during my period or really late at night but I try not to indulge. I have high cortisol as well and I’m seeing a naturopath but does anyone have tips? Any supplements/dietary restrictions that helped?
