White tissue looking thing in urine?

Sometimes when I urinate I see a white thing that looks like wet toilet paper, but I know it's not toilet paper. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of discharge, but this is happening more frequently. I am 24 so I guess it's possible that my body is still changing lol. But before I'd get it maybe a few times a year and now I'm getting them a few times a month, sometimes more. Does it have anything to do with fertility or anything?
