I need advice on this. I’m a college student in my twenties and off and on experience a smell that I can only compare to that of fish when I have discharge. I went to my school doctor and they tested with a swab culture I think it’s called but nothing unusual came back. Obviously this isn’t a normal smell, so I feel as though the exam wasn’t as thorough as it should’ve been. Again I went to a school doctor in the south so I’m not sure I’m getting the best medical care lol. Anyway, can someone offer advice on this? I’m sexually active but have only had one partner for the last couple years as I’m in a relationship. The smell comes and goes, so it’s not constant. I will sometimes experience burning as well, but again the tests ran came back clean so I don’t know if I was just misdiagnosed or if it’s something else? The only other symptoms I could add are burning on occasion, pelvic pain, odor, and heavy discharge that looks normal. Thanks.
