My period came a week early after a salpingectomy / Laparoscopic cystectomy. Should I be concerned?

About two weeks ago I had a laparoscopic cystectomy to remove a 13cm cyst on my right ovary. Unfortunately, my doctor also had to remove my right fallopian tube because the cyst had cut off blood flow to it. Recovery has been pretty smooth for me and I feel like I healed well. I didn’t even have any bleeding immediately after the surgery like the nurses warned me I might. This morning I was nervous that I was developing a UTI because I had similar symptoms - pelvic cramps, frequent urination, and a little pain while urinating. I took AZO and drank a lot of water and that helped a lot throughout the day. Then, as I was just getting ready for bed, I started my period out of nowhere. According to my Flo app (I’ve been trying to get pregnant for almost a year and I track my period religiously) I am 6 days early for my period. This is very unusual for me as my periods have always been extremely regular. Everything I’ve read online about getting my period after surgery warns that it may come late. I can’t find anything about it potentially coming early. With my UTI-like symptoms this morning, and now my surprise period, I’m staring to get worried something might be wrong. Any advice?
