If it matters I'm 35 and I've expired PMS before but never like this. I had a cyst on my left ovary and I had surgery on October. I also have PCOS. The last few years I've had a period every month. Maybe miss a month but it was regular.
I haven't had one since the beginning of August. The last week and a half I've been very stressed and as someone who rarely has PMS I really thought I was going to have a mental breakdown. I know that sounds stupid but I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. I'm not sleeping well and so it was a mix of everything going wrong.
My doctor told me since I have PCOS and one ovary left I might not have another one or just here and there. This is the worst one emotionally. I can't stop crying and feeling really down. I can't seem to find any other posts about this. Also there is stinging in my lower stomach where my incision is. Is that normal after two months? Has anyone else gone through this? Sorry this is so long and thank you for reading.
