Need help!!

So for about 3 months now I’ve had this weird odor and slight (and I mean slight) itchiness down there. I swear I am very hygienic and take care of my area, especially after this new smell I’ve been EXTRA hygienic. I thought maybe it could be a yeast infection but I’m not having any weird discharge, honestly barely having any discharge at all. I don’t know what this is and I can’t find any answers when I look it up. It all just says yeast infection or BV, but I do not have any discharge. What do I do?? I’m writing this desperately as I am sitting in my vinegar bath right now lol. I haven’t had any sexual activity since this new odor because I am so scared, it’s killing me:( pls help.
