what does a healthy vaginal care routine look like?

hello! this is kind of a rant and a question but i added a tldr & would be grateful if anyone just answered the title lol.

i’m 19 y/o and have never engaged in sexual activity with anyone but i recently got a bf and i’m scared for when that day comes/terrified of receiving oral because i’m so scared that i’ll smell down there and it’ll ruin the experience. if not his, mine. i’m so insecure about it and i have girl friends who talk abt sex so freely and i almost envy that. i never talk about it bc i’m not confident at all & i’m scared ESPECIALLY of my bf going down on me

it’s not fishy but it’s definitely musky/slightly oniony? sometimes and even a 30 mins after a shower if my legs are open & i have just a towel on i smell myself so i don’t think it’s sweat (haven’t ruled it out tho bc my inner thighs do sweat). i was thinking discharge could play apart bc it’s pretty much the same/a similar smell

and speaking of discharge i hate when i get that wet feeling so much and idk what to do. (it’s a clear/cream color) i used to wear panty liners everyday but then i read that’s bad for her.

so is there just nothing i can do abt it? i’m always paranoid that i smell if anyone’s too close bc i feel wet and gross and i don’t wear cute underwear often bc i feel like my discharge is gonna ruin it. i get a good amount daily🥲🥲🥲

i thought maybe it could be my diet too. obviously only a gynecologist would know but last time i went a year ago she said nothing’s wrong (and i’ve been having this problem for as long as i can remember). i’m in college and usually have a lot of work so i find myself eating less due to being busy & a poor appetite. i don’t really like junk food (except salty foods). i eat a lot of fruits but i def don’t get all the nutrients/food groups recommended 😅. i drink coffee 3-4 times week too

so that brings me to the question (tldr):

what does a healthy vaginal care routine look like? are there any products/foods or drinks that would help my case (or are beneficial in general)? also, what are good unscented soap brands for down there? i use regular baby wipes
