Worried about large breast lump

Hello everyone. I am new here. I have a quite large breast lump in the upper inner right quadrant, greater than 6cm and recently feels even larger nowadays. I’ve had it for about 2+ years now and haven’t had a biopsy yet. To provide more information, I have many other small lumps with the appearance of a fibroadenoma in both breasts.

The doctors think its a fibroadenoma because how it appears on the ultrasound and my age (25 yrs old) but now want to rule out the possibility of it being a Phyllode due its size and vascularity. I am worried it is /might be something since it is getting larger— it feels lumpy/ropey and really solid. The lump is moveable, enough where I can sort of flip it? It seems to be more noticeable, larger, harder and more painful before my menstrual period. They want to do a core biopsy— how was everyone’s experience with doing a core biopsy? Since it is a larger lump, I would prefer to get the full lump removed instead (Excisional biopsy) but I was wondering if that is a possibility and wanted to know if anyone has done the same. The recovery time, and healing time is giving me anxiety. And I am worried about significant scarring that may occur, but I know ultimately health is what is most important.

I am also really nervous bc I’ve recently moved away from home and the hospital that is asking is from my hometown. Unfortunately I do not have a family doctor at the moment. I am currently working as an Sonographer so also worried about work and taking time off from work.
