i had to post this here because the fitness sub took it down and i really need advice. whenever i do core exercises or pull ups i get this feeling "down there." its so annoying and distracting because i don't even want it to happen, its not a mental thing i guess its just my body. i really want to keep exercising but im kind of at a loss right now. i don't know if guys get this too but its been happening to me for so long. i just want to work out in peace. can someone tell me if there's a way to get rid of this?? it's so embarrassing when this happens like at the gym even though i know nobody can tell. i just want abs 😓😓
