Worried About A Potential Surgery As It'll Be My First Ever Surgery

I'm a 20y f living under parents' roof due to financial constraints but they are asking me about going through with a breast reduction surgery since I have lower back pains often that are usually manageable with Tylenol or Advil. I'm thinking about it but I've never had any kind of surgery before so I'm kind of too scared to even consider it... Has anyone here gone through with this surgery and might have valuable experience they'd like to share that might help assuage my fears, by any chance...? Would love to hear about it if yes...
