Ear pain help?

I (29F) had a tonsillitis/sinusitis combo that was pretty effectively treated with antibiotics. However, the day before the last day of my antibiotic, my ear started hurting BAD every time I swallowed. My throat isn't sore, it doesn't look like anything is wrong anymore, my ears don't look like anything is wrong, but this ear pain is insane. I was told Tylenol and nsaids but they barely touch the pain. I need your weirdest tricks/tips for ear pain because I am struggling.
