Bump or something on vagina

Okay so since I can’t show a picture I’ll try to describe it, it’s half a inch long it’s red and hurts when I touch it and there’s no pus so it’s not a pimple.

It can’t be an std since 1. I’m a virgin 2. I’ve never done anything close to sex or which had genitals touching or anything touching my vagina.
