Post colposcopy discharge?

Idk if this is normal or not or if anyone’s experienced something similar. So, I had my second colposcopy ever yesterday. It was as traumatic as the first, but in different ways. As I was going to the bathroom tonight, I heard a weird plop in the toilet. When I looked, there was a fleshy/red tissue-like chunk the size of like a few grapes I guess? This didn’t happen the first time. Should I reach out to my doc? Or is this normal and I should just wait? I’ve never had a solid chunk like that come out all at once before. I have pics but idk if that’s necessary
