what is this?

I’m a teen and I’ve been having sex with my boyfriend for the past few months. yesterday we had sex and this morning I woke up and there was a a slight burning sensation?

It doesn’t hurt when I use the bathroom and it doesn’t itch at all.

though, if I touch near my vaginal opening or the bottom of my labia minora, (I think that’s what it’s called), it feels extremely sore and also looks a bit red around that area but anywhere else it looks normal if that makes sense? This is the first time this has happened afterwards and I’m not sure what it is.

I do think it’s due to being a little rough maybe? he’s also on the bigger side as well.
